Pricing and terms
The first month is free. After that the licence costs €26 per month per chair, with an unlimited number of users. Clinics with 6 or more chairs receive additional discounts by agreement.
No. You pay per chair, not per user — the whole team can use the system without paying extra for each person.
There is no long-term commitment. You use the system free for the first month and only then decide whether to continue.
No. Basic SMS reminder messages are free because they are sent through your own mobile connection. This saves about €300 a year for a three-chair clinic.
Features and integrations
Yes. DARWA CRM has e-health integration: you can fill in the E025 visit form, create prescriptions and student certificates, and sign documents on a tablet with DARWA SIGN — all in one environment.
Yes. The system automatically sends and confirms SMS messages and can also send reminders every six months. Basic messages are free.
DARWA CRM integrates with the RASO fiscal cash register, while patients sign documents on a tablet via DARWA SIGN. More than 50 cash register models are supported through these integrations.
Yes. Payroll is calculated automatically: for dentists by percentage after deducting material costs, and for assistants by hours worked.
The system offers more than 40 reports and clinic performance indicators (KPIs). Many of them can be broken down by dentist, day, month or year.
Setup and data migration
No. At the start we set up the mobile and fiscal connection, configure the system parameters and create the administrator account free of charge. The system is intuitive, so long training is not needed.
Yes. We safely migrate patient and visit data from Serve, Dental4Windows and other systems — without loss and without long downtime for the clinic.
We handle the initial setup together with you, and since the system is accessed through a browser, it does not need to be installed on every computer. For most clinics a short introduction is enough.
Security and support
Data is stored on servers in the European Union in accordance with GDPR requirements. Automatic data backups are made daily, and the system is developed and maintained by a team in Lithuania.
Yes. Each employee can be given only the rights they need: the front desk sees schedules, dentists see treatment plans, and managers see finances and reports.
The licence price includes phone support, error fixing and security. The team works from Lithuania, so we communicate in your language and understand the specifics of local clinics.
Yes. When legal requirements change (for example, the smart cash register rules), the system is updated at no extra cost or hassle for you.
