Dentist calendars in one place
Calendars can be viewed by day or by a specific dentist. When creating a visit you can:
- set the visit duration;
- mark whether it is a first consultation;
- mark that the patient would like to come earlier if a slot opens up;
- add notes for staff.
No double bookings
The system does not allow two visits to be saved for the same time, so double bookings are a thing of the past.
Where patients come from
When booking a visit you can record its source — how the patient heard about the clinic. Later you can see which marketing channels (for example an SMS campaign or Google Ads) bring the most patients.
Caller information on screen
When a patient calls, their information can be shown on screen — the administrator immediately sees who is calling and can help faster. Calls can be logged and later analysed as a patient source.
